The guidelines of the Cemetery Committee have been updated and starting July 2014 there should be reports made to the council every half year, in January and July. According to the updated By-laws: The Cemetery Committee is to supply a written report to the Parish Council and Finance Committee accounting for:
If any revisions are wanted, they need to be approved by the Parish Finance Committee.
The Cemetery Committee is continuing to charge $300 for a grave site with the payment of an additional $300 at the time the grave is dug.
